Sky One Box Hill, designed by DKO Architecture, is leading the suburb’s skyscraper boom with 36 levels of residential apartments and amenity including three levels of high end retail and dining fusing into a lively and vibrant streetscape.

Box Hill’s answer to its population boom and significance is being developed by the Golden Age Group, comprising of over affordable yet luxurious 400 one, two and three bedroom apartments.

The amenities included in Sky One are mostly located on level 3 will provide residents with healthy easy living with a large pool, gymnasium, yoga studio, podium garden, billiards room, a games room, private lounge and dining spaces and sky gardens accompanied by bar and lounge for outstanding, uninterrupted views across the wide city.

Residents have access to their private car park of 325 car spaces and over 100 bicycle spaces and the 109 tram and Box Hill Station at their doorstep for convenience. 

On street level, three high end levels of retail and dining invigorate the streetscape, connecting to major centres such as Box Hill Central and the established restaurant strip in Carrington Road and Station Street, bringing a new premium hub enhancing the existing street culture of Asian food and traditional markets.
