Well and truly into Spring, we've hit peak spring-like weather in Melbourne.  Warm one day, cold for the next three!

I've been on leave for a month so I've added a few of the images posted from August in this month's snapshot.

The student accommodation project at 1 Flemington Road is turning into a forum favourite now that it's facade is all but complete.

Collins Arch at 447 Collins Street is making its mark with the glazing now appearing on the commercial component of the tower(s).
