The Golden Age Group began in 2006, founded by Jeff Xu, to focus on property development, capital growth, and various investments. Their portfolio includes restaurants, hotels, agriculture, and international trade relationships. The Golden Age Group operates in both the Chinese and Australian markets.
They are responsible for Sky One in Box Hill, a development integrated with 438 apartments are three levels of retail and amenities, including a landscaped garden, pool, gym, sauna, lounges, private dining, spa, yoga studio, cinema and more.
Sky One is also developing Collins House in Melbourne, designed by Bates Smart. The Golden Age Group's portfolio of residential, hotel, mixed-use, commercial, and house and land packages has a combined value of an estimated $4.2 billion.
