<p>There&#39;s no slowing down of the sea-changer trend across New South Wales, with Sydneysiders still looking south for holiday homes they&#39;re spending more time at.</p>

<p>The Sydney-based developer St Trinity Group have seen high demand for Ridgewaters Kiama,&nbsp;their $60 million residential community on the South Coast,&nbsp;around two hours&nbsp;south of Sydney.</p>

<p>It&#39;s the size of the apartments on offer at Ridgewaters which has attracted a swell of buyers, says St Trinity Group Managing Director Nicholas El-Khoury.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Ridgewaters Kiama is the only development on the South Coast offering exclusively three-bedroom apartments, some with studies, designed specifically to cater to this unprecedented demand for flexible sea-change, owner-occupier residences accommodating a range of changing needs,&rdquo; El-Khoury said.</p>

<p>The apartments so far have been popular with downsizers and sea-changers, as well as industry professionals wanting to work remotely.</p>

<p>&ldquo;We&rsquo;ve received interest from a range of buyers &ndash; some of them coming from postcodes closer to Sydney&rsquo;s CBD as well some already from coastal areas like Sutherland Shire who want to remain by the sea, but for a lesser price tag,&quot; El-Khoury added.</p>

<p>&ldquo;All of them clearly recognise the value of seaside havens such as Kiama as offering both the convenience of being close to major metropolitan areas and facilities with the desirable lifestyle of smaller coastal communities.&rdquo;</p>

<p>Three-bedroom apartments start from $945,000 and all come with their own&nbsp;parking.</p>

<p>Scarborough, a luxury 30 hectare estate in the foothills of the Jamberoo Valley, has been listed for sale.</p>
<p>The private property, described as a <a href="http://www.inspiredre.com.au/property/19143997-jamberoo-nsw-2533/" target="_blank">modern classic Australian country home</a>, has views over the rolling countryside to the Pacific Ocean.</p>
<p>The 365 sqm, four bedroom home was built by Strongbuild at the end of a long sealed bitumen driveway.</p>
<p>There are multiple full-length windows and doors designed to take in the views.</p>

Jamberoo Valley trophy Scarborough listed for $3.95 million

<p>The fashion pioneer and Ingham chicken heir Robby Ingham and wife Sarah have listed Ocean Pines, their oceanfront South Coast property.</p>
<p>More than $10 million is tipped for the vacant 40-hectare land parcel which last sold for a then Gerringong record $7 million in 2012.</p>
<p>No work has been undertaken at the cattle grazing property although lengthy legal proceedings secured its prized development approval.</p>
<p>Facing opposition from the council, the Land &amp; Environment Court gave permission in late 2016 to build a luxury retreat designed by architect Nick Tobias.</p>
<p>They secured approvals for a 10 bedroom residence on the top of the hill on<span> the first headland south of Gerringong township</span>.</p>
<p>The 3000 sqm residence is estimated as set to cost $5 million to build.</p>
<p>Tobias envisaged grass on the rooftop on the doughnut shaped house.</p>

<p>The Inghams will retain another property on the riverfront at Gerroa as their weekender instead.</p>
<p>"Ocean Pines deserves to have a great home and a family who will do right by the property," he said. </p>

Robby Ingham lists oceanfront Gerringong property with $10 million hopes

<p>It is in the Shoalhaven hamlet Bundewallah, set 4 kilometres from Berry on the South Coast.</p>
<p>They have bought a four-bedroom 1930s homestead for $1,837,500 which was on the market for just three weeks.</p>
<p>It had a $1.9 million asking price.</p>
<p>It last sold at $815,000 in 2014.</p>
<p>It is a renovated four bedroom, two bathroom country home marketed as where original features are combined with all modern conveniences.</p>
<p>There is a double garage with studio and workshop space.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-nsw-berry-128075818" target="_blank">The property</a> comes with farm shed, stock yard, 2.5 acres plus horse paddock, with room for a pool.</p>
<p>There is a wide north facing verandah with district views on the cul-de-sac holding.</p>
<p>The couple are yet to sell their Alexandria apartment that passed in at auction on a vendor bid three weeks ago, <em>The Sunday Telegraph</em> reported.</p>
<p>It is for sale at $1.6 million.</p>

<p>The gardening guru television host Brendan Moar has listed in Camperdown.</p>
<p>The home (pictured above) is a fusion of futuristic modernist styles, according to the marketing by the BresicWhitney Glebe agents Chris Nunn and Nick Playfair.</p>
<p>They describe the home as a one-off poolside entertainer.</p>
<p>Spanning three levels, the four bedroom home is an eclectic mix of tastes.</p>
<p>It has custom-designed hidden cabinetry and a spiral staircase with lightwell. The swimming pool in the courtyard wraps around the kitchen and dining area. </p>
<p>A top floor master retreat comes with its own roof garden.</p>
<p>Moar paid $1,265,000 in 2009 for the home that is scheduled for June 2 auction with a guide of $2.5 million.</p>
<p>The garden recently featured on <em>The Living Room.</em></p>
<p>Moar has been busy working on property projects on the South Coast.</p>

<p>The progress of the Lake Tabourie home (pictured below) was well documented on Moar's Instagram, with the latest posts telling followers the home is now on the regular holiday letting channels.</p>

<p>It says it captures the spirit and fun of classic Australian beach house life.</p>
<p>Moar was obviously in control of the garden.</p>
<p>The landscape architect, who has appeared on a number of TV shows as the top gardener, completed the garden part of the project late last year.</p>
<p>"Hammock = icing on the cake," he posted on Instagram alongside the hammock and lake view from the verandah.</p>
<p>"Lakeside garden complete. Will be up on Stayz soon if you're interested in holiday renting this south coast slice of goodness...," he added.</p>
<p>Moar is the gardening editor for <em>Inside Out</em> magazine and released his first book, Grounded, in 2005 as a companion to the <em>Moar Gardening</em> television series.</p>
<p>He has twice been voted favourite male subscription television presenter at the ASTRA Awards having appeared on shows including Foxtel's <em>Dry Spell Gardening, By Design.</em></p>
