Former Crows head coach Don Pyke’s Somerton Park home has been listed for sale with strong buyer interest.
The four bedroom, three bathroom home carries a price tag of $2.75 million to $3 million.
Selling agent Oren Klemich, who originally sold the home to the couple, said he hoped to get a quick sale on the property.
He told The Advertiser that the response to <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-somerton+park-132985230" target="_blank">31 Esplanade</a> had been strong, with the property drawing a crowd on its own merit rather than because of who its owner is.

Pyke’s wife bought the property in December 2015 for $2.75 million, when the couple moved from Western Australia to Adelaide after the death of the then coach Phil Walsh.
The home, is set over three levels and offers sweeping seaside views.
It also features a three-car garage, a lift and several indoor and outdoor living areas.

The South Australia home of former House Rules contestants Kate Whiting and James 'Harry' Harrison has quickly sold for $885,000.
The design duo, who are no longer together, paid $550,000 for the Somerton Park home in 2015.
They were set to live in the home for a few years then knock it down and build a new home before being cast on the 2017 hit Channel 7 renovation show.
Harris Real Estate's Simon Noakes and Callan Eames sold the three bedroom home in the coastal suburb south west of Adelaide in just over two weeks.
Harry is working on a local housing development while Kate has recently signed with Finesse Models Australia, Adelaide's leading runway and photographic modelling agency.

House Rules contestants sell Somerton Park home

A 1925 Somerton Park home has sold for $1.67 million making it Adelaide’s most expensive weekend auction sale.
The four bedroom home, known as Carlisle, at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-sa-somerton+park-126338938" target="_blank">27 Scarborough Street</a>, sits on 1231 sqm near the beach.
It last sold for $1,247,000 in 2013.
It features a formal lounge on the first floor then another lounge room on the second level.
There is also a dining room, served by a timber-laden kitchen.
