Former Crows head coach Don Pyke’s Somerton Park home has been listed for sale with strong buyer interest.

The four bedroom, three bathroom home carries a price tag of $2.75 million to $3 million.

Selling agent Oren Klemich, who originally sold the home to the couple, said he hoped to get a quick sale on the property.

He told The Advertiser that the response to 31 Esplanade had been strong, with the property drawing a crowd on its own merit rather than because of who its owner is.

Pyke’s wife bought the property in December 2015 for $2.75 million, when the couple moved from Western Australia to Adelaide after the death of the then coach Phil Walsh.

The home, is set over three levels and offers sweeping seaside views.

It also features a three-car garage, a lift and several indoor and outdoor living areas.
