It fetched $2.85 million by Tower London agent John Tower in late May.
The 25th floor <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-apartment-nsw-milsons+point-131779082" target="_blank">Glen Street apartment</a> features three double bedrooms with water views of the main harbour and Opera House, and three bathrooms with the master bedroom on one end of the apartment and the other two opposite each other. 
It was bought by the Aboud family for $1.64 million in 2003.

Milsons Point sub-penthouse sold for $2.85 million

Club owner Russell Crowe won't be able to enter, but the South Sydney Rabbitohs faithful are being encouraged to enter an infield obstacle course competition that could see them win a $1 million one bedroom Sydney harbourside apartment.
The Chinese property developer Aqualand, who are the home ground sponsors of the South Sydney Rabbitohs, has embarked on an unusual marketing campaign to get greater recognition across Sydney.
In the lead up to the Bunnies game against the Dragons next month, fans are being encouraged to follow Aqualand's social media channels for a chance to win the apartment.
It's a promotional push from Aqualand who have around 40 apartments left to sell in Blue, their 129 apartment tower at Milsons Point (below).
All four Burgess brothers are helping promote the competition.
Fans will need to follow the Aqualand social media accounts, currently obscure with just 1,550 followers on Instagram, and 650 on Twitter.

The contestants who sign up the most friends for Aqualand will secure the opportunity to participate in an on field obstacle course.
The winner will advance and face a game of chance where there is small possiblity they could win the apartment.
Expectant fans unfortunately won't get to see Rabbitohs owner Russell Crowe throwing his weight around given staff, players and their family members are not permitted to enter.
The competition went live yesterday with over 500 entries in the first 30 minutes.
It is not restricted to Rabbitohs fans.
The Lavender Street building was the 18 level Samsung office block before Aqualand bought it for $140 million in 2016.

They called in PTW Architects to design the luxury 129 apartment tower. There are less than 40 units left to sell.
When sales launched in 2017, the sub-penthouse sold for $8 million.
Both of the buildings penthouses were sold this time last year, one fetching $9 million and the other selling for $10.5 million.
Blue was marketed as the last residential conversion development in the Milsons Point area with views to the city and Harbour Bridge.

Aqualand in $1 million Milsons Point apartment giveaway at Rabbitohs game

Sir Peter Cosgrove, who will step down as Australia's governor-general next month, and wife Lady Lynne Cosgrove, are downsizing in Sydney's north.
They will vacate the governor-general's official residence, Admiralty House on the Kirribilli waterfront, and will be moving in to a three bedroom apartment in Milsons Point.
Records show they paid $2.25 million for the 15th floor apartment in the Pinnacle building.
The apartment had sat idly on the market for around 50 days through Di Jones agent Nigel Mukhi, prompting the vendor to attempt the lease the investment apartment again at $1,500 a week before the Cosgrove's swooped.
The Pinnacle building was built in the late 1990s on Dind Street.
The Cosgrove's have called the lower north shore home for over a decade, having bought a Neutral Bay townhouse for $1.95 million in 2007.
They sold it for $2.1 million in 2014 given Peter's appointment as governor-general and the luxury of moving in to the 1840s Victorian sandstone Admiralty House.
The property on the tip of Kirribilli was built in 1842 by Lieutenant-Colonel John Gibbes. It was bought by the colonial government in 1885 and renamed Admiralty House.

Outgoing governor-general Sir Peter Cosgrove buys in Milsons Point

The Milson Point's QE Foodstores premises have been sold for $6 million.
QE has other stores in Balmain, Camperdown, Darlinghurst, Newtown, Randwick, Waterloo and Waverley.
The shopfront at <a href="http://commercialpropertysearch.savills.com.au/0bbda22c-73bc-e811-80e6-005056816353/Sale/Milsons-Point/88-Alfred-Street" target="_blank">88 Alfred Street</a> was listed with $5.5 million hopes in November, through Savills agents David Hickey, Tom Tuxworth and Nick Tuxworth.
They expected interest from local, interstate and offshore investors.

The property has a new 10 year lease, with two five-year options.
On its listing Hickey said the lease and strong annual increases will attract buyers looking for secure, super-prime investments in the sub $10 million category. 
“Throughout 2018, we have seen a weight of capital chasing retail properties in prime locations, particularly in highly populated and affluent inner-urban and suburban areas," Hickey said.
“Investors are certainly looking for quality over quantity in the current market, and 88 Alfred Street fits that category.”  
“QE Foodstores took a strategic view on the local Milsons Point, Kirribilli, McMahons Point and Blues Point precinct when they noticed the community had been starved of a quality supermarket for a very long period of time,” Hickey said.

A recently opened boutique grocer in Sydney’s Milsons Point has been listed with $5.5 million hopes.
The property at 88 Alfred Street is run by QE Foodstores and is the group’s ninth offering, with other stores in Balmain, Camperdown, Darlinghurst, Newtown, Randwick, Waterloo and Waverley.
It is set to go under the hammer in early November.

Boutique Milson's Point supermarket set for auction

International developer Zone Q Investments has awarded Sydney builder Ceerose a contract to build the $155 million boutique project Aqualuna Residences in Milsons Point.
The 63 apartment building designed by Koichi Takada is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2020. Demolition has begun and main work is expected to commence later this month.
85 percent of residences have been sold already.
Zone Q Investments Andrew Wilkinson says they are looking forward to working with Ceerose.

Ceerose to build Aqualuna Residences at Milsons Point

Celebrity couple Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have passed up the chance to lock out the top floor of the Latitude building in Milsons Point.
The <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/news/69774-nicole-kidman-and-keith-urban-milsons-point-expansions" target="_blank">third and final apartment</a> on the top floor had been listed for sale, however it was confirmed the pair were not the buyers after it sold for $8 million.
It last traded for $3,795,000 in 2007 when former CoreLogic boss Graham Mirabito and wife Michelle bought the two level, three bedroom apartment.
The purchase by Kidman and Urban would have seen a whole floor amalgamation with over 1,300 sqm of living space.

The couple do own a third apartment in the block.
Kidman paid $2.68 million for a 19th floor apartment which has been utilised as a home office.
The couple are US based and own a farm in Tennessee, a house in California's Beverly Hills and another high-rise condo in New York.
The New York apartment in Chelsea, the heart of Manhattan's art district, cost them $US9.67 million.

Kidman and Urban say no to Milsons Point penthouse

Celebrity couple Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have an opportunity to create a whole floor penthouse at their already enlarged Milsons Point bolthole.
They own all but one of the three top floor apartments of the Latitude Building in Milsons Point.
They've previously merged two apartments and the latest listing would give them the chance to create a super penthouse overlooking Sydney Harbour no doubt with acclaimed Sydney interior designer Blainey North back to decorate.
The couple's first purchase in the block was a 420 sqm apartment they bought from Yellow Brick Road chairman Mark Bouris for around $6 million in 2009.
Three years later they secured the 380 sqm unit next door for just over $7 million.
Now the <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-apartment-nsw-milsons+point-125428726" target="_blank">third and final apartment</a> not in their ownership on the 21st floor is up for sale through McGrath Estate Agents with offers closing June 8. 
Graham Mirabito, the former chief of property giant CoreLogic, wants to downsize.
Graham and wife Michelle paid $3,795,000 for the two level, three bathroom apartment in 2007.
The purchase of the Mirabito home would see a whole floor amalgamation with over 1,300 sqm of living space. 
It is a long way from her first home, a 73 sqm unit in Mosman which cost only $81,000 in 1987.
Kidman also owns a $2.68 million 19th floor apartment in the Latitude block, utilised as a home office. 
Nicole and Keith maintain their Southern Highlands retreat Bunya Hill, a 45 hectare black Angus cattle stud at Sutton Forest that cost $6.5 million in 2008.
Two years ago Kidman gave Vogue a video tour of the property that has long been hidden from the public eye behind hedging.
The 1878 Georgian mansion with wide sandstone verandas, pressed-metal ceilings and 10 marble fireplaces was once leased as a vice-regal rural retreat for Lord Augustus Loftus, a governor of NSW in the colonial 1880s.
Nicole sold her three-storey Darling Point villa in 2009 for around $13 million which she bought with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
She was on the expansionary path then as they initially paid $4.2 million in 1995 to buy part of the Yarranabbe Road property, picking up the remainder for $4.75 million in 1998.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban eye Milsons Point expansion

Aqualand has settled on its latest acquisition, an office conversion property located at 61 Lavender Street, Milsons Point.
To be known as Blue at Lavender Bay, the 18 level commercial office building has been purchased with approval to develop 137 luxury residential apartments, comprising of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom dwellings.
Over 80 per cent of apartments have views to the Harbour Bridge.
The name ‘Blue’ was chosen to echo the waterfront location of the property, and as a homage to the historical figures of Milsons Point, George Lavender and Susannah Blue.

The boss of Cranswick Wines Australia, Graham Cranswick-Smith, has sold his Milsons Point penthouse pre-auction.
He's bought another penthouse over in the eastern suburbs.
McGrath Neutral Bay agents Jordan Black and Nigel Mukhi <a href="https://www.propertyobserver.com.au/https://www.realestate.com.au/123055154" target="_blank">secured the Milsons Point sale</a> after having $3.9 million hopes. It sold to a family from the Macarthur region who plan on leasing it out for a couple of years and then downsize to it.
Showcasing over 300 sqm of indoor and outdoor living, the Mirvac built penthouse has four bedrooms, two renovated limestone bathrooms and his home office.
A wraparound entertainers' balcony offers 270 degree views of the Harbour Bridge.
There's also an upper level expansive alfresco sun deck with jacuzzi.
Graham paid $3.58 million for the Milsons Point apartment in February last year, just weeks after he sold his McMahon Point trophy mansion, Villa Medusa, to tech guru Daniel Petre and his wife Carolyn.
Cranswick-Smith founded Cranswick Wines in 1991 when he initiated a management buy-out of Diageo's bulk winemaking facility in the Riverina region of New South Wales.
Since then Graham has transformed from producing bulk wine for major Australian producers to producing and marketing it's own broad range of Australian varietal wines. It recently won gold medals at the 2016 China Wine &amp; Spirit Best Value Awards.
The family name Cranswick is thought to derive from Crane’s Wyke (the village of cranes) in Yorkshire, as recorded in the medieval Domesday Book (England 1066).
