Milsons Point sub-penthouse sold for $2.85 million

A Milsons Point sub-penthouse in the Colonnades residential building with its 'Times Square' like façade has been sold.
It fetched $2.85 million by Tower London agent John Tower in late May.
The 25th floor Glen Street apartment features three double bedrooms with water views of the main harbour and Opera House, and three bathrooms with the master bedroom on one end of the apartment and the other two opposite each other.
It was bought by the Aboud family for $1.64 million in 2003.
The apartment showcases a large combined living room with a study area to one corner and dining area to the other.
There is an observation deck on the pointy end of the building.
The apartment was listed last July at $3.35 million.
