Pepper Tree Creek Estate, one of Kangaloon's oldest properties, has been listed for sale.
The Southern Highlands country estate has hit the market with a reported price guide of $6.5 million.

<a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-acreage+semi-rural-nsw-kangaloon-130694942" target="_blank">The 30 hectare property</a> was established in 1862, around the time the early settlers of Kangaloon and Robertson areas started purchasing land.
The stone cottage, old out buildings and dry stones walls, including the quaint dairy, would have been built during this time.

The property at 2128 Kangaloon Road last traded around a decade ago when the buildings were run down and derelict.
A team of landscapers, builders, horticulturalists and green keepers created Pepper Tree Creek Estate, which now features six hectares of gardens known as The Terraces.

The original stone cottage, made of stone mined from the property, has been converted into a three bedroom home.
The old dairy now homes a single bedroom which is the bridal suite when the estate hosts weddings.

The wide entry space and milking bays is now the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and the elevated room, where the milk, butter and cream was stored, is now the bedroom.

Restored 1862 Kangaloon property Pepper Tree Creek Estate listed

Yverdon a 15-acre estate located in Kangaloon is being auctioned in August.
It is expected to sell for over $3.75 million.
The Southern Highlands offering has been listed for sale through <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property/1641-kangaloon-rd-kangaloon-nsw-2576" target="_blank">Knight Frank’s</a> Deborah Cullen and Richard Sholl. 
The home comprising four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a home office and media room, along with a mud room and a triple car, automatic garage.
According to Deborah Cullen, Yverdon is was the "perfect country getaway".
The holding includes an Olympic size dressage arena, four bay stabling with tack and feed rooms, three covered day yards and six grass paddocks.
The 1641 Kangaloon Road offering will go to August 9 auction.

Kangaloon trophy estate set to go under the hammer

Tech billionaire Mike Cannon-Brookes is whispered to have secured a very grand Southern Highlands country estate.
The Atlassian founder is tipped to emerge as the $5.35 million buyer of <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-acreage+semi-rural-nsw-kangaloon-127430818" target="_blank">Rosehill Farm, the 45 hectare property in Kangaloon.</a>

The family already owns in the highlands, Joadja Creek Farm, a 390 hectare farm bought for $3.3 million in 2016. 
Rosehill last sold in 2016.
Funds manager Will Liley and his UK born artist wife Janice sold to entreprenuer Rose Deo for $4.8 million through estate agent Deborah Cullen.

The fitness trainer Michelle Bridges has reputedly spent $2.7 million on Summerside, a five-bedroom homestead in Kangaloon which sold last week.
Chef Luke Mangan was among the other reported interested parties.
There had been a $2.4 million to $2.5 million price guidance.
<a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-acreage+semi-rural-nsw-kangaloon-127070614" target="_blank">The property</a> has district views. The grounds include a tennis court with pavilion, a solar-heated swimming pool, guest barn, art studio, plus purpose-built vegetable gardens.
The house is set in landscaped gardens by Michael Bligh with dam.
It was sold by the investment banker Gary Bailey who bought the property in 2004 for $1.14 million.

Michelle Bridges whispered to have bought in Southern Highlands

A sandstone Kangaloon church in the Southern Highlands countryside has been listed due to a decline in its congregation.
The Uniting Church of Australia <a href="https://bowral.ljhooker.com.au/68HQ6/1740-kangaloon-road-kangaloon" target="_blank">is selling the old church</a>, which held its last service in May.
Kangaloon is about two hours south of Sydney and about 15 minutes east of Bowral.
There's a graveyard with tombstones included with the historic 1860s church on the corner of 1740 Kangaloon Road and Warreeah Lane.
Its price guide is $680,000 to $740,000.
The LJ Hooker listing agent Paul Bakker suggests it was likely to be converted into a home or gallery after some $300,000 spent on converting the historic holding.
The oldest of the 14-tombstones is dated 1886.
