Chef Luke Mangan was among the other reported interested parties.

There had been a $2.4 million to $2.5 million price guidance.

The property has district views. The grounds include a tennis court with pavilion, a solar-heated swimming pool, guest barn, art studio, plus purpose-built vegetable gardens.
