The redundant Adelaide home of the former AFL Adelaide Crow, and reigning Brownlow medalist, Patrick Dangerfield and wife Mardi Harwood is under contract.
His former <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-henley+beach-124536238" target="_blank">Henley Beach home</a> hit the market earlier this year, a year after he returned to his Victorian roots to play for Geelong.

It's been renovated since Dangerfield's $605,000 purchase in 2010. It now comes with dual living across two storeys.

Dangerfield recently upgraded his property holdings in his home town of Moggs Creek.
He spent $2.08 million on a two storey 1980s beach house on a dress circle block with a track to the long beach directly opposite.
A renovation could be on the cards again for Dangerfield, if <a href="https://www.instagram.com/patrickdangerfield/?hl=en" target="_blank">his Instagram page </a>is anything to go by.
He has recently posted a number of images of models of houses, suggesting a reno is imminent.
Dangerfield initially bought into Moggs Creek in 2012, paying $850,000. He sold that home recently for $1.25 million.

Patrick Dangerfield sells redundant Adelaide home

A beachfront house at Henley Beach has been sold for $3.45 million, which was the most expensive house in Adelaide sold over the weekend.
Located at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-henley+beach-124742758">353 Esplanade</a>, the 1918 bungalow was offered for the first time in 50 years.
With 855 sqm and a frontage of 18 meters, it was marketed as having the potential to build a dream home or construct two properties.
It currently has a flexible floorplan consisting of either two separate residences or one large home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and a study with views of the coastline.

Henley Beach beachfront house sold for $3.45 million

The former Adelaide Crow, Patrick Dangerfield has his redundant Adelaide home for sale.
His onetime Henley Beach home hit the market this week, having returned to Victoria to play for Geelong.
<a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-henley+beach-124536238" target="_blank">The five-bedroom Lawrie Street</a> house has $750,000 price hopes for its February 11 auction.
Dangerfield purchased the property in 2010 and then renovated the home to include dual living across two storeys.
He told the local paper he loved living near the beach during his time in Adelaide.
“The community are great and everything is just near by,” he said.
Harris Real Estate agent Hannah Delmenico scored the listing of the 742 sqm property at 24 Lawrie Street.
"The home will tick many boxes of multiple buyer groups including the lifestyle changer, the budding family, Airbnb hosts and, of course, developers," the marketing says.
The champion AFL midfielder paid $605,000 in 2010.
