Casa Sul Mare, a strikingly contemporary home on the Henley Beach promenade in Adelaide, is under offer.

The modern home with keypad entry was built in 2012 after the former two level 385 square metre home was bought for $575,000 in 2011.

It sits on the exclusive section of the Esplanade, overlooking Henley Beach west of Adelaide.

The lower ground level of the home is the focal point, described as the party level.

Accessed by lift, on the floor is an infinity edge swimming pool with a space.

It's solar and electrically heated and has a fully remote controlled system with LED strip lighting.

Adjoining the pool is a home theatre lounge area with wall print of Hollywood A-listers Orlando Bloom, George Clooney and Angelina Jolie framing the projector screen.

Also on the floor is a living and dining area, courtyard and a sauna.

On the ground level is the main kitchen, living and dining space which opens to a waterfront facing balcony complete with outdoor kitchen alfresco area.

There's a second casual living space at the rear of the home.

Upstairs on the top level sits the four bedrooms, each with their own ensuites.

The Jarrah floored master suite comprising a private balcony, study area, bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

Toop & Toop agents Bronte Manual and Anthony Toop had set a $3.5 million price guide.
