The Parramatta Eels playmaker Mitchell Moses has a bought another investment property.
The 1940s Gladesville home cost $1.8 million.
It comes with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a studio at the back of the 790 sqm block.
Belle Property Strathfield agents ­Michael Murphy and Norman So secured the sale post auction, to the halfback fresh back from a calf injury.
The home, which sold for $1.16 million in 2012, has been leased out at $900 a week through Rachel Pittorino at The Region Professionals having sought $1000.

The rent reflects a 2.6 per cent yield.
Houses in Gladesville typically rent out for $735 a week, at an annual rental yield of 2 per cent, according to realestate.com.au. There are currently 115 properties for rent in the suburb.
The suburb has a $1.9 million median house price, and based on the past five years of sales, has seen a compound price growth rate of 4.8 per cent for houses.
It’s a buy back into the area for Moses, who quietly sold in Ryde for $2,099,000 earlier this year. He had paid $1.78 million for the modernised four bedroom, two storey home in 2018.
The 25-year-old Moses retains a property in Epping which cost $1,375,000 in 2015, when he was at Wests Tigers. He played junior football with the Carlingford Cougars and the Holy Cross Rhinos.

Moses, who was born in Ryde, ­re-signed with the Eels in early 2019 with an extension to remain until 2020.
There is also a $585,000 investment apartment in Toongabbie in his $3.75 million property portfolio.
Last month he established Sandstone Holdings, with older brother, estate agent Stephen, which appears to have the goal of being a family real estate corporation.

Parramatta Eel Mitchell Moses buys Gladesville house

Hollywood-based star Rebel Wilson has listed another of her Gladesville investment apartments.
She had already sold off one of her Gladesville apartments in January for more than $800,000. 
Wilson had purchased the two bedroom unit in the Bella Apartments complex in 2015 for $740,000.
The Pitch Perfect movie star has not listed a similar apartment right upstairs with a price guide of $850,000 to $900,000.
She bought the apartment for $885,000 in 2017.
Not only does she own property in her motherland, Rebel Wilson also holds investment properties in west Hollywood and New York.
The Jordan Street property is being marketed by Peter Gordan and Ralph Daher of Cobden and Hayson.

Hollwood actor Rebel Wilson lists another Gladesville investment

The Gladesville residential development site of the former Sydney madam Jamelie Lahood has been listed for sale.
Khoury &amp; Partners agent Anthony Khoury says the 715 square metre property, now with lapsed development approval, “will be sold”.
Ryde City Council had granted conditional approval to develop a six-storey, 23-apartment complex on the Stansell Street offering which cost $2.85 million in 2015.
The adjacent service station on Victoria Road is also up for sale, so developers are working on the possibility of a consolidated site.
The neighbouring 2090 square metre site has been listed by Caltex through CBRE agent Mark Wizel and Stonebridge’s Lincoln Blackledge.
Lahood’s property portfolio has caveats on the titles from Fadi Ibrahim and the ATO.
Ibrahim is suing her after their business relationship had an unhappy ending, The Sunday Telegraph’s Snitch column reported recently.
Ibrahim claims she defaulted on a $2.5 million loan.
Lahood, who ran Camperdown bordello Stilettos for then-fiance Eddie Hayson, defends the matter in court next month.

The now Melbourne-based chef Martin Benn and partner, Sepia’s front of house manager Vicki Wild (right), have now been revealed as set to open an upmarket eatery at QIC's Collins Street development.
The premises will be at 80 Collins Street.
The 47-storey tower on the corner of Collins and Exhibition streets will house international luxury, beauty and lifestyle brands as well as commercial offices.
The planned restaurant, spanning multiple levels and with eight-metre ceilings, will sit atop the retail precinct with outdoor terraces.
It was late last year when Property Observer reported they had secured tenants for their ­vacated Sydney home.
The Gladesville home had a rental asking price of $1750 a week.
The couple bought the 1900s renovated brick cottage in 2015 for $2.5 million upgrading from their Rozelle apartment which sold for $1.06 million.
Set on 685sqm, the Gladesville home has five bedrooms and a solar-heated pool.

The couple are heading south after veteran restaurateur Chris Lucas, owner of the Chin Chin chain, convinced them to come to Melbourne where they will establish a fine-dining restaurant, due to open in 2020.
Their three-hat restaurant Sepia in the Sydney CBD had been operating since 2009 until its late 2018 closure.
The most famous restaurant couple in Australia have only ever worked and lived together, excepting for one short stint in Hong Kong.
Last year Lucas, the king of Melbourne casual dining, bought a $3.4 million bolthole in Potts Point ahead of the opening of the Chin Chin restaurant on the ground floor of the Griffiths Teas Building on Wentworth Ave, Surry Hills.
At Thursday's restaurant launch, Melbourne's struggling Lord Mayor Sally Capp praised the venture saying it was a "coup" to have lured Benn and Wild from Sydney.

The Slater &amp; Gordon chairperson John Skippen has sold his modern Gladesville waterfront, Four Winds for $6.5 million.

Skippen paid $2.45 million for the 620 sq m property in 2003.
Black Diamondz Tim Le had the listing of Skippen who has been a board member at Slater and Gordon since 2010 and was appointed chair of the board in 2012.

Brantwood, built in 1919 for the then minister of the Gladesville Presbyterian Church, has been listed with $1.8 million hopes for its December 11 Ray White auction.
The home with a strong Victorian and Edwardian influence was restored to its former glory in the early 1990s.
The home at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-nsw-gladesville-124068882" target="_blank">17 Pittwater Road</a> was then extended and renovated again by the current owners, who paid $490,000 in 1998.

Gladesville's 1919 Brantwood listed for auction

Joe Elias, owner of the Wild Boys Afloat strip joint, has bought on the Gladesville waterfront paying a record $7 million plus.
Elias, who currently resides in the Putney home bought with wife Rosie around 10 years ago for $1.5 million, paid $7,095,000 result.
The 1200 sqm deep waterfront mansion with a private jetty and pontoon had nine registered parties.
The three-storey property was listed with a guide of $6.5 million to $7 million through McGrath agent John Paranchi.
Paul Kearney, who heads up the animal health products group Autopak-Vetlab, bought its 20 years ago for $1,365,000.
The previous suburb high was set next door at $6.1 million in 2008 when it was bought by Chinese herbal medicine practitioner Qi Xin Chen.
