The Slater & Gordon chairperson John Skippen has sold his modern Gladesville waterfront, Four Winds for $6.5 million.

Set in resort style gardens, the three-level entertainer has around 500 sq m of internal space.

It comes with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There's a wine cellar, gym, a gas heated swimming pool and spa overlook the floating pontoon and speed boat ramp. 

It has 180 degree water views across Glades Bay from its terraces.

Skippen paid $2.45 million for the 620 sq m property in 2003.

Black Diamondz Tim Le had the listing of Skippen who has been a board member at Slater and Gordon since 2010 and was appointed chair of the board in 2012.
