West Melbourne, a suburb 2km from the Melbourne CBD, welcomes a new and exciting development at 377 Spencer Street, Melbourne Village

The elegant, curvy designed towers are part of a major plan to reclaim industrial space to become a vibrant, desirable area for young professionals and families.

With plans to protect historic buildings, extend and create a new vibe for Spencer Street and include over 10,000sqm of open space, West Melbourne is changing fast from the sleepy industrial village it was.

Residents are just a short walk from Flagstaff Gardens, one of Melbourne’s most entertaining precincts, Waterfront City and live music venues creating a social and ever-progressing atmosphere.

The current population is a low 3,743 as of the 2017 census, though these numbers are expected to double and triple with developers eyeing the suburb and due to the City of Melbourne’s West Melbourne corridor plan.
