ASX-listed developer Mirvac have consciously taken luxury up a level at their latest Yarra's Edge apartment tower, Trielle.

Trielle's prime location along the north-facing bank of the Yarra River is truly unrepeatable. Just 12.5 metres from the water's edge, it provides views of the city skyline, the Yarra River and Port Phillip Bay. The proximity to bustling Collins Street and the emerging Fishermans Bend precinct ensures residents will enjoy the best of both worlds – urban convenience and tranquil riverside living.

The soaring 45 level tower opposite Point Park, offers some of the largest apartments in the $1.2 billion Yarra's Edge masterplan, which Mirvac began developing in 1994.

Michael Wiener, Mirvac Design Director said “There is a beautiful story behind Trielle, being the jewel in the Yarra’s Edge crown and this beauty is subtly embedded in the design, detailing and materiality of the Sub-Penthouse Collection.

“With breathtaking north-facing views across the river – Trielle sits in the dress circle of Melbourne’s waterfront. Marina YE, Fishermans Bend, Port Phillip Bay – this is Melbourne’s future, and Trielle is a central figure," Wiener said.

One of the most prestigious offerings in the development is the Sub-Penthouse Collection. Buyers have the option to be positioned sky high within the tower or closer to the water in the podium, benefitting from a north or north-east facing orientation, each adjoining to spacious balconies that span from 26 sqm to 59 sqm.

Victor Wong, Senior Associate, Mirvac Design said “The Sub-Penthouse Collection has been oriented to maximise Trielle’s northern aspect and proximity to the Yarra River, as well as the view down Collins Street to the city.

"Designed to create different zones, the oversized sub-penthouses allow for both privacy and connection with friends or family."

"These residences will be a regenerative place to live, comprising a series of interconnecting flowing spaces giving residents the ultimate flexibility to craft their own living masterpiece," Wong said.

Offering three bedrooms with the option of a fourth or a media room in the tower and three bedroom dual-level floorplans in the podium, these residences redefine spaciousness and elegance. Hotel-like in their quality, every feature and finish is a subtle tribute to the Yarra River, which serves as both muse and backdrop for Trielle's opulent lifestyle.

"The extensive use of bespoke joinery, premium natural stone and sparkling surfaces continue the narrative from external architecture to interior architecture. Reflecting the natural beauty of this precious diamond, the materials add a natural warmth, elegance, and sophistication to the Trielle living experience.” Wiener said.

The kitchens in the sub-penthouses are a visual and practical masterpiece, featuring faceted stone island benches adorned with soft LED lighting, and premium appliances including Bora, Gaggenau and Wolf.

The scullery is equipped with premium appliances including a steam oven, speed oven, warming drawer, Gaggenau coffee machine and a dishwasher.

Generous ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling windows amplify the feeling of grandeur and space, while chevron timber floors add warmth and sophistication to the living spaces. The sub-penthouses also include a built-in TV unit and bar, complete with Sub-Zero wine fridge.

The master retreats are nothing short of palatial. The ensuite bathrooms exude the opulence of a world-class luxury hotel, with fluted shower screens, heated towel rails, and a freestanding jewel-like bath and basins custom designed by Apaiser. Exquisite timber veneer joinery in the walk-in robes and dressing room add to the sense of luxury and offer the perfect showcase for your finest clothes.

Trielle offers two distinct colour schemes, "Luminosa" with its light, contemporary hues inspired by the river’s play of light, and "Inchiostro", favouring dramatic, seductive shades reminiscent of the night sky. The choices allow residents to personalise their living spaces to match their unique styles.

Sub-penthouse residents will also benefit from a range of amenities within Trielle, designed to offer a new standard for living well.

The Oasis, on Level 7 is a lush oasis of tranquillity featuring approximately 1,700 sqm of verdant landscaped urban rainforest with a trickling stream, a 25-metre pool and spa, a day spa treatment room, hot magnesium pool, cold-pail contrast treatment, Yoga and Pilates studio and a biophilic gym.

The ground floor level of Trielle is the home of The Biblioteca – a library with business-class work pods, as well as the Mills Place dedicated offices for maximising productivity; The Saletta resident lounge; and The Salone riverfront piano lounge – designed to rival Melbourne’s best loved jazz clubs and bars.

Further resident amenity includes a golf simulator studio, cinema room, games room with Teppanyaki outdoor dining and a concierge service.

Trielle also embraces sustainability with its fully electric building and EV charging stations, ensuring that residents can live comfortably while contributing to a greener future.

You can be part of this coveted riverfront precinct with one, two, three, and four-bedroom residences now selling. The Trielle Display Galleria is now open – book an appointment to experience Melbourne’s new pinnacle of luxury firsthand.
