STH BNK by Beulah, the new $2 billion apartment development by Beulah, might just have the most facilities any apartment in Melbourne, or even Australia, has ever produced.

Private and public, the amenity in the two-tower Southbank Boulevard development will give future residents no reason to leave.

Crafted through an international collaboration between UNStudio and Cox Architecture, STH BNK By Beulah will be a striking sculptural structure on Southbank Boulevard consisting of two twisting towers with abundant terracing and pocket parks. 

At the heart of STH BNK by Beulah will be the world’s tallest ‘greenscraper’—promising a green, active and connected urban environment with the future of retail innovation, customised hospitality, fresh food perspectives, cultural experiences, and vitality and wellness at its core.

Beulah is curating a selection of practitioners and experts focusing on science and medicine, with select beauty and wellness services run by Four Seasons.

Four Seasons is set to bring world-class luxury spa services to STH BNK by Beulah, including a salt room, aroma lab, and apothecary.

VIP Resident membership grants access to light medical treatment at the medical wellness centre, where a dedicated doctor is available for consultations, and access to a gym with professional-level equipment and diverse training and fitness classes.

Residents can choose between high-intensity activities like the pool and gym or more relaxed pursuits such as yoga and pilates.

 

The Wellness Precinct's nutrition station offers healthy, delicious meals and drinks, complementing personalised training regimes.

Residents can co-create a health and wellness program with specialists, including diet plans delivered fresh from the STH BNK by Beulah Market Hall.

Cutting-edge services, ranging from hair and makeup and facials to dermatology, detox treatments and anti-aging therapies, are also conveniently available on-site. 

This $2 billion vertically integrated city within a city will home 705 apartments with luxury amenities on the rooftop and various other precincts at the podium.

The Four Seasons building rooftop hosts its hotel restaurant and bar, while the taller tower boasts a sky garden with panoramic city views, public art, and an urban park. STH BNK by Beulah also allocates 50,000 sqm of floor space in the Four Seasons building for commercial offices.

STH BNK's podium features extensive green social spaces on its roof deck, the STH BNK Square. The multi-level podium is divided into a retail precinct, an auditorium with flexible space and seating for 3,000 people, a kids club with a child care centre and play area, a street-level dining destination, and STH BNK Market Hall for fresh local products and sustainably sourced products.

A new significant gallery for Melbourne will also find its home in STH BNK by Beulah's arts precinct, with the country’s first innovative cultural centre for young people in partnership with Centre Pompidou.

Future residents will also have access to STH BNK by Beulah's concierge services, including housekeeping, shopping, childminding, an on-call doctor, pet services, and a first-of-its-kind fleet of luxury vehicles for residents to use at their convenience.

STH BNK by Beulah has already sold 80 per cent of its apartments before its construction commences in early 2024. Earlier this year, Beulah announced Multiplex as the builder of STH BNK by Beulah earlier this year.
