For over 35 years, PDG has been at the forefront of creating beautiful living and working spaces for people. The group's West Melbourne development, Gadsden, continues their vision.

Renowned construction firm Hamilton Marino are well underway with building the project, which is slated to complete later this year.

A mix of 165 apartments and townhouses are on offer in the development, located just one kilometre from the CBD.

PDG collaborated with DKO for the design of Gadsden, which incorporates the facade of a historic tin smithing and canning factory, blending the new with the old and embracing West Melbourne's rich history.

The spacious apartments boast ample storage, generous balconies, and premium finishes, available in a diverse range of sizes and configurations to suit different preferences. There's just 16 townhouses in Gadsden, each providing a balance between open space and a private retreat, designed to be the most prestigious properties in a prime suburb.

Residents will also benefit from a suite of residential amenity, including a private gym and fitness centre which boasts views overlooking Docklands. Central to the development is The Enclave, an inner courtyard complete with a communal herb garden. Crowning the residences will be the rooftop terrace, featuring barbecue facilities and views to the city skyline. The ground floor area of Gadsden will also incorporate a collection of retail spaces, including a metro-style supermarket.

Gadsden offers a vibrant neighbourhood to its residents, with popular establishments like Apollo Café, Queen Victoria Market, and Flagstaff Gardens as its neighbours, while the tree-lined streets and heritage architecture adds to the charm of this established community.

Bike riders will benefit from secure bike parking and storage facilities, while those who commute via train will reach the CBD in three minutes from the adjacent North Melbourne Station.

The remaining apartments all benefit from a car space, The one-bedroom units are priced from $550,000, the two-bedders from $745,000, and the three-bed apartments from $1,064,000.

The remaining townhouses have three bedrooms and offer a generous 258 sqm of internal living space. They start from $2.09 million.
