PDG Corporation
PDG is a privately owned property development company based in Melbourne that has grown over the last 30 years with a range of commercial, residential, office, retail, and mixed-use developments. PDG was established by Vince Giuliano as a boutique designer-builder company in the mid-1980s.
They are responsible for the Gadsden development at 268 Adderley Street, West Melbourne, and Elizabeth North, located at 611-697 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, and designed by Gray Puksand & Cox Architecture. This mixed-use commercial development features a retail space on the ground floor.
PDG is also handling one of their most significant projects to date, the QVM Precinct Renewal at 91-111 Therry Street, Melbourne, which features a hotel, retail, community facilities, and apartments designed in conjunction with Bates Smart. This development at the Munro site adjacent to the Queen Victoria Market will become a mixed-use community in 2021, featuring retail and residential spaces as well as childcare, family services, and an underground car-park.
