Developer DM Property has appointed the reputable construction firm Hamilton Marino to build its debut Geelong apartment development, motif

Motif is DM Property and joint venture partner Icon Kajima's first apartment project on the Bellarine, representing Geelong's first apartment launch in several years.

DM and Icon Kajima has partnered with renowned architecture firm Rothelowman to design the five-level, 129-apartment building which is already over 60 per cent sold.

motif is fossil fuel-free, and the electricity consumption is offset by significant solar panelling, making it a 7-star NatHERs-rated building.

The various configurations on offer and price points will appeal to everyone, from first home buyers, young professionals, downsizers, and investors, both local and interstate. motif has already sold 60 per cent of its 129 apartments.

Ideally located at 1 York Street on the fringe of the CBD, motif is just a stone's throw from Pakington Street's cafes, restaurants and bars, and the Little Malop Street precinct, home to The Geelong Library and Heritage Centre, the most striking piece of architecture in town, while all being one street away from the water.
