Manly Sea Eagles coach Trent Barrett and wife Kylie have listed their luxury Freshwater home they bought just before Trent took the reigns at the club two years ago.

The couple paid $2.41 million for the home (above and below) in 2015 when upsizing from Barrack Point in Shellharbour, where they scored a record $2.4 million.

The Barrack Point listing came just before Barrett was appointed to replace Geoff Toovey.

The Manly home, updated throughout since their purchase, has five bedrooms and a new Hampton's style kitchen.

The living space opens to decking and the elevated glass-edged swimming pool.

The backyard, at the bottom of the 640 sqm parcel with established private gardens, looks back up at the swimming pool.

Barrett is still on the payroll at the Sea Eagles despite the Manly club announcing the appointment of new head coach and former player Des Hasler.
