Trent Barrett sells Freshwater home in a week
A local family moved deftly to secure the Freshwater home of former Manly rugby league coach Trent Barrett for $3.65m, with the deal done just six days after it hit the market.
There had been a $3.2m guide for the northern beaches home bought with his property stylist wife Kylie as he took the reins at the Sea Eagles.
The couple paid $2.41m in 2015 for the five bedroom home after moving from their record setting $2.4m Shellharbour home. The Barrett are renting back at Barrack Point.
The incoming Canterbury Bulldogs NRL coach, who will take over at Belmore next year, says their new location is a one-hour drive to Belmore. “People are finding they need more space, they want their castle,” Belle agent Matt Brady told The Manly Daily.
