Trent Barrett lists Freshwater home
The incoming Canterbury Bulldogs NRL coach Trent Barrett is preparing for his career renaissance in Sydney’s southwest.
He’s listed the northern beaches home he bought with wife Kylie when he took the reins at the Manly Sea Eagles.
The couple paid $2.41 million in 2015 for the Freshwater home upon upsizing from their record setting $2.4 million Shellharbour home.
It was briefly listed in late 2018 following Barrett’s controversial resignation. But now Barrett, who will take over at Belmore next year, is fixed on finding a buyer at its August 29 auction with Barrett and the family now renting back at Barrack Point.
The five bedroom home built in 2004 has bi-fold doors from a number of living areas that open to the outside where there’s a covered alfresco entertaining balcony with an elevated glass edged pool. Belle Property have a $3.2m guide.
