Queenstown tops Tasmania's cheapest rental areas: Investar
Queenstown has the cheapest rentals across Tasmania, according to the latest Investar suburb performance report.
The report suggests its median rent for a two bedroom house sits at $140 per week and its median rent for a three bedroom sits at $150.
It is followed by Rosebery with $150 a week and Zeehan with $165 a week.
There has been a decline in median rent in these localities over the past year.
