Selling Houses Australia guru Andrew Winter and wife Caroline have accepted $3.05 million for their redundant Sanctuary Cove home.

They had been asking $3,995,000 at the start of the year.

They renovated the Gold Coast home having paid $1.9 million for the Tuscan-inspired home in 2017.

Amir Mian Prestige agents Charlon Delos Angeles and Alister Billingsley secured the sale after a number of agents had a go over the last 11 months.

The Winters are on to their new project in Mermaid Beach whether they recently spent $1,525,000 on a single storey, three bedroom home.

Previous listings suggesting the home got helpful renovation tips by the Selling Houses Australia duo of interior designer Shayna Blaze and landscape gardener Charlie Albone, just away from the TV screens.

Now the home is an all-white villa with a terracotta roof, five bedrooms and a resort-style swimming pool in the tropical palms surrounds.
