Family-owned Gold Coast developer Lacey Group has celebrated the topping out of their Kirra $63 million apartment development, Del Ray.

The sold-out project of 72 apartments sits on the dress circle Miles Street, in the heart of the burgeoning new look Kirra Hotel precinct by KTQ.

Designed by Plus Architecture, the project draws inspiration from the juxtaposition of rocky headlands and the rhythmic waves of the beach, mirroring the vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere of the Kirra Beach community.

Tier 1 builder Hutchies has handled the building of the 14-level tower. It will home 35 two-bedroom apartments, 35 three-bedroom apartments, two three-bedroom townhomes and 115 parking spaces.

Del Ray will be Lacey Group's fourth completed project on the Gold Coast, following the recent completion of its Monroe development on Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach.

Lacey Group, led by Adam Lacey has a site in 66 Pacific Parade where in mid-2022 they filed plans for a 28-apartment project at 66 Pacific Parade in Bilinga.

The 10-level tower has been designed by Plus Architecture on the corner of Pacific Parade and Archer Avenue, facing Joe Doniger Park and the beach.
