Family-owned Gold Coast developer <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/lacey-group">Lacey Group</a> has celebrated the topping out of their <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/kirra-qld">Kirra</a> $63 million apartment development, Del Ray.&nbsp;

The sold-out project of 72 apartments sits on the dress circle Miles Street, in the heart of the burgeoning new look Kirra Hotel precinct by KTQ.

Designed by <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/architects/plus-architecture">Plus Architecture</a>, the project draws inspiration from the juxtaposition of rocky headlands and the rhythmic waves of the beach, mirroring the vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere of the <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/kirra-beach-qld">Kirra Beach</a> community.

Tier 1 builder <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/builders/hutchinson-builders">Hutchies</a> has handled the building of the 14-level tower. It will home&nbsp;35 two-bedroom apartments, 35 three-bedroom apartments, two three-bedroom townhomes and 115 parking spaces.

Hutchies top out Lacey Group's Del Ray at Kirra

Family-owned, Gold Coast property developer <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/lacey-group">Lacey Group</a> has completed its latest residential apartment project, the $36 million The Monroe Palm Beach.

All 33 apartments over nine storeys were sold prior to <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/news/qld/lacey-group-appoint-hutchinsons-to-build-sold-out-gold-coast-apartment-developments-the-monroe-and-del-ray">commencement of construction by Hutchinson Builders</a>.

The Monroe marks Lacey Group’s third completed project on the Gold Coast, with Lacey Group now underway on the delivery of the sold-out Del Ray apartments at Kirra, which are on track for completion in early 2024.

"Construction on The Del Ray is ongoing, and we are also looking at further opportunities on the southern Gold Coast as these two projects come to fruition”, Lacey added.

Lacey Group complete The Monroe, Palm Beach apartment development

The family development company, the Lacey Group, has lodged plans for its next Gold Coast apartment development.

Off the back of two successful sell-outs in Palm Beach and Kirra Beach&nbsp;in 2021, Lacey Group, headed by Adam Lacey, is taking on Bilinga, just north of Coolangatta, which seems to be the hottest spot for apartment developers at the moment.

They&#39;ve lodged plans to the Gold Coast City Council for a 28-apartment project at 66 Pacific Parade, currently a walk-up block of original flats known as Serene.

The new 10-level tower has been designed by Plus Architecture on the block, on the corner of Pacific Parade and Archer Avenue, facing Joe Doniger Park and the beach.

There will be nine two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, which start from 104 sqm, and 16 three-bedders, which includes three two-level penthouses.

The resident amenity is on the ground level, where there&#39;s a wet edge pool and recreational area. Also on this level is one of the two-beds, which has its own private plunge pool in its 70 sqm of terracing.

There will be no more than three apartments per floor.&nbsp;

Plus say&nbsp;66 Pacific Parade will be a timeless addition to Bilinga, facilitating a barefoot luxury lifestyles for its residents.

Given the speed of the sales, Lacey fast-tracked construction, having Hutchinsons start building the luxury projects, both of which were also designed by Plus.

Bilinga <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/news/qld/is-bilinga-the-next-gold-coast-apartment-hotspot">has been a hotspot for developers</a> since the end of 2021.

First look: Lacey Group set for next Gold Coast apartment development

The family-owned Gold Coast developer, Lacey Group, are advancing their plans for their two luxury Gold Coast apartment developments, after securing two quick-time sell-outs.

Having just appointed the leading Queensland construction company Hutchinsons, Lacey Group, headed by director Adam Lacey, are fast-tracking construction for their $35 million The Monroe at Palm Beach, and the $63 million Del Ray apartments at Kirra.

The Monroe all-but&nbsp;sold out in May after just two weeks, while Del Ray didn&#39;t even hit the open market, selling all of its 72 apartments prior to its launch.

&ldquo;We are thrilled with the consecutive sales success of the Monroe and the Del Ray, both of which have been incredibly well received,&rdquo; Adam Lacey, Director of Lacey Group, said.

Demolition works on both sites has now been completed, with full scale construction scheduled to take off in October.

Located at 7-11 Miles St, the project is within close proximity to the highly anticipated re-development of the Kirra Beach Hotel, set to offer the bustling Kirra Beach suburb a new entertainment hub and dining pavilion.

The Monroe will sit further south on Palm Beach&#39;s Jefferson Lane dress circle. The project at 124-126 Jefferson Lane will see&nbsp;33 two&nbsp;and three-bedroom apartments created, as well as a townhome and a luxury penthouse. That too will have a 250 sqm rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, fire pit area and views.

The local Gold Coast developer Lacey Group has secured a near sell out of its luxury Palm Beach apartment development, The Monroe.

It was only six weeks ago Lacey Group secured approval from the Gold Coast City Council for the boutique development of just 33 on the&nbsp;Jefferson Lane dress circle.

Two weeks ago the apartments, ranging between $619,000 and $1.79 million, were launched to the market, with local owner-occupiers driving the purchasing.

Made up of a number of two and three bedroom apartments, a townhome and a penthouse, The Monroe also feature a rare&nbsp;expansive rooftop terrace offering 250sqm of recreation space and a pool.&nbsp;

Lacey Group director Adam Lacey says the latest project brings a new dimension to beachside living.

&quot;When designing The Monroe, we put a lot of thought into who our buyers would be and how they would experience living here&quot;, Lacey said.

Jayde Pezet and Todd Matheson, of KM Sales and Marketing, who marketed The Monroe, said&nbsp;65 per cent of sales made were from databases or purchasers who have previously bought in Lacey Group projects.

&ldquo;The number of sales to previous Lacey Group buyers is testament to the quality of project delivered by Adam and the team, and is further evidence of the unprecedented demand for off-the-plan apartments in a market that is becoming increasingly competitive,&rdquo; Pezet said.

Pezet believes quick sell outs will become even more&nbsp;common due to the pressure cooker type situation in the Gold Coast property market.

The Monroe is the second Lacey Group project to be developed on Jefferson Lane, following the sellout success of the $32million The Jefferson, which was sold out prior to completion in July 2019.

88 Burleigh sells half its apartments

Allure Property Corporation have secured the sales of over half of their apartments in their&nbsp;boutique apartment development 88 Burleigh within just&nbsp;four weeks of the project launch.

Local and interstate downsizers with an existing connection to Burleigh Heads have been the drivers in the $55 million worth of sales, with the average price point around $2.65 million.

Place Projects agent Bruce Goddard said there were 360 inquiries within the first two weeks of its launch.
