Mosman's luxury off the plan apartment injection continues with Eden launch
Allen Linz's Rebel Property Group has teamed up with luxury developer Somerset Development Group to launch the latest luxury apartment development in Sydney's affluent Mosman.
They're launching Eden, just 13 apartments designed by PBD Architects and MIM Design at 5 Brady Street, just off Military Road near Hotel Mosman and Harris Farm.
Eden features a sculpted form with an emphasis on enduring materials and rich textures. The facade incorporates subtle curves that create a sense of movement, while extensive glazing offers sweeping views of Sydney Harbour.
“The masculinity of the built form is tempered through a finer grain layer of detailing including timber-toned screens and natural sandstone landscaped planter walls,” PBD Architects Founder Paul Buljevic said.
Each apartment includes contemporary interiors and lush outdoor spaces designed to capture natural light.
Interior designer Miriam Fanning said their focus is to inspire their clients with a finished project that goes beyond their expectations.
"Our philosophy is to produce unique and individual design results that not only reflect our clients or their brand, but enhance their lives."
Located just 100 metres from shops and services, Eden offers residents a vibrant harbourside lifestyle in one of Sydney’s most sought-after suburbs.
Somerset Development Group are more well known for building and restoring landmark homes across Sydney, while Rebel Property Group has created some of Bondi Beach's best apartments.
Eden joins the likes of Redan Lane by Prosker Property, Kleo by WINIM, and Mosman Residences by Abadeen on the luxury Mosman off the plan apartment market.
