NRL player Kieran Foran's circumstance involves, in part, the stress of buying a new home.

The family have been renovating their Freshwater purchase which cost him $2.51 million in February.

Set on a large 1018 sqm block, the full brick family home has five bedrooms, a home office and swimming pool. It last traded five decades ago.

His Belrose house was bought for $1.06 million back in 2012.

Foran has recently been stood down indefinitely by the Parramatta Eels for personal issues.

Ray White Freshwater agents Graham Bennett and Bernard Hachenberg secured the sale.

It was thought Foran might have bought closer to his new club, but in fact he's moved closer to his old stomping ground.

He took ownership of the home on March 31.
