Sydney, Canberra homes still selling in under a month: CoreLogic RP Data

The median time on market for a private treaty house listing in Sydney is 28 days with units at 26, according to CoreLogic RP Data. 

Vendors discounting for Sydney homes sits at around 4.4% and units at 4.2% for the week ending 8 November.

Canberra homes are taking around 28 days to sell.

The median time on market for Brisbane homes is 57 days and units 62 days.
