Manly median apartment price down $100,000 in nine months

Manly's median apartment price has continued to decline despite the drastic turnaround in the Sydney property market.

The median price for a unit in Manly is now $1,276,000, some $100,000 down on its late 2018 median peak.

Manly saw exponential growth since the start of the 2012 boom.

At the end of 2012, the median price for an apartment in Manly was just $690,000. It is now nearly double that figure over seven years.
