53rd floor penthouse apartment in Coronation Property’s 8 Phillip Street development sold

A three bedroom, four-bathroom, 53rd floor penthouse apartment in Coronation Property’s 8 Phillip Street residential tower has been sold for $3.325 million.

The penthouse features customised Woods Bagot interiors and 190sqm of internal living.

Jason Soulos, Coronation Property sales director said the personalised service offering that allows purchasers to customise penthouse residences was a deciding factor for the buyer and his wife.
