Coronation Property launches its first release in Merrylands development, Mason & Main

Coronation Property’s newest master-planned community, Mason & Main, launched its first release, offering 70 apartments.

Situated on Merrylands Road, the project offers one, two and three-bedroom configurations with most apartments priced under $650,000.

Designed by Woods Bagot, Mason & Main offers a green roof, communal amenities and public space on the ground floor, with traditional shopfronts.

The project features outdoor terraces, alfresco dining and multi-purpose rooms which can easily shift from a bedroom to a workspace.

With studios priced from $395,000 and one-bedroom apartments from $484,000, the development made 30 sales within its first week of launching.

Coronation Property’s Aras Labutis said the project has received a large response from locals and first home buyers.

“Creating apartments with affordability, flexibility and longevity was a huge part of the project vision, and we are really pleased that feedback has been positive for all these factors,” he said.

Mason & Main is situated three kilometres from the Parramatta CBD.

Other projects developed by Coronation Property in Sydney's western suburbs include their 8 Phillip Street tower, offering 314 residences. 

Also designed by Woods Bagot, the tower will also include 260 hotel suites and ground floor retail, with prices beginning at $635,000.
