Brisbane property developer Brendan Tutt is selling a beachfront Bribie land parcel.

"Positioned on arguably one of the best stretches of beach on the east coast is this large 3235sq m block of prime beachfront land consists of five individual lots of 647sq m each on separate titles to be sold in one line or individually," Mr Tutt said.

"This land offers a lifestyle second to none."

"It's a corner block with total land size 3235sq m total frontages of over 120m.

The site consists of 5 separate lots of 647m2 each with frontage of 16m," Mr Ferguson said.

"It would suit multiple uses for an apartment development or individual house lots zoned general residential under Moreton Bay planning scheme."

The land is at 68 - 76 Rickman Parade, Woorim (Bribie Island).
