Founded in 1994 by Elias Jreissati, Bensons Property Group has a portfolio of distinctive architectural developments and is linked to the Jreissati Group, which includes Levantine Hill Estate, an award-winning fine dining and event space. Bensons are fully a integrated property company handling the development, marketing and selling from design through to post-settlement.
Bensons Property Group is responsible for Chronicle, C3 Apartments at 300 Victoria Street in Brunswick, and The Vanguard at 803 along Dandenong Road in Malvern East. The Vanguard is the tallest building in Malvern East offering apartments designed by award-winning architects Fender Katsalidis. The one, two, and three-bedroom residences include kitchens designed by internationally acclaimed chef Shannon Bennett.
Most recently, Bensons Property Group has completed and settled two boutique developments, Chronicle and Chelsworth Apartments. Located in Armadale, Chronicle was another collaboration with CHT Architects and Marcus Group. Chelsworth offered 49 apartments on Heidelberg Road designed by BG Architecture.
