Founded in 1994 by Elias Jreissati, Bensons Property Group has a portfolio of distinctive architectural developments and is linked to the Jreissati Group, which includes Levantine Hill Estate, an award-winning fine dining and event space. Bensons are fully a integrated property company handling the development, marketing and selling from design through to post-settlement.

Bensons Property Group is responsible for Chronicle, C3 Apartments at 300 Victoria Street in Brunswick, and The Vanguard at 803 along Dandenong Road in Malvern East.
