More about Lygon Place
Set to grace Brunswick East with its vibrancy and simple elegance is Lygon Place. Inspired by a trip to New York, this mid-rise building is being brought to life by Peddle Thorp Architects and developer DeGroup. With 96 residences across eight floors, Lygon Place reaches new heights with its contemporary design amongst open green spaces, colourful urban landscapes, and rich cultural heritage.
Boasting an impressive exterior that showcases its elegance and charm, Lygon Place is all glass with touches of brown and black textures encased in an almost symmetrical structure. Interchanging shadow with light, the facade is a mix of slender geometric lines created by steel framing, timber materials, and mirrors that reflect the urban and green surroundings. The podium is home to a resident’s only garden retreat that accommodates alfresco dining and entertaining areas overlooking Lygon Street.
With one and two-bedroom apartments on offer, the interiors do not disappoint with their sophisticated use of superior materials and organic textures. Open spaces washed in white attract light and expand the dimensions of every room. Every space, designed for elegance and comfort, serves a purpose. With stainless steel kitchen appliances and Caesar stone benchtops, the kitchens feature French Oak flooring premium finishes and generous layouts.
