Recent Projects

1 Wilson Ave, Brunswick marks the first collaboration between Neometro and Milieu. Centred on shared design principles, and a common goal to provide uncompromising homes for modern living. The architecture is by Fieldwork and interiors by DesignOffice. Situated in the heart of Brunswick’s Jewell Station precinct, the location offers swift access to public transport and amenities, and close connection to the local community.

17 Union Street, Brunswick which offers, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments is also located in the Jewell Station precinct and is currently under construction. Only a handful of apartments remain available. 17 Union Street is a collaboration between Neometro, BKK Architects and Clare Cousins Architects.

Jewell Station was the first building in the Jewell Station precinct and was the first collaboration between Neometro, MAArchitects and Claire Cousins Architects. Completed in 2019, the building serves as a benchmark for the new additions to the precinct. The project also coincided with upgrades to the public realm including a bike path upgrade and public art installation.

Some other recently completed projects include George Corner at 377 George Street and 9-17 Smith Street, both in Fitzroy.
