Urban's 3 favourite things about 57 Martin St:

• Spacious 3 bedroom townhouses with landscaped gardens.
• Sustainable and family-friendly living.
• Located primely in a connected and convenient community.

Situated in the heart of Thornbury, these homes are just moments from High Street’s retail and dining quarter, a vibrant and ever-evolving community where new restaurants, bars and cultural destinations nestle comfortably alongside the Greek and Italian social clubs of old.

Each of the six architecturally designed homes deliver 3 spacious bedrooms, two levels, one or two car parking spaces and professionally landscaped gardens with 2000L rainwater tanks.

Homes have been designed to accommodate solar panels at the owner's’ discretion, with each including conduits and cables between the roof and switchboard to allow for seamless installation.

Thoughtful spatial planning and high-quality insulation ensure that these homes will perform exceptionally well within Melbourne’s varied climate, with each residence achieving a 7-Star NatHERS energy rating.

• High Street shops and restaurants

• Psarakos Market - Westgarth Village

• Northcote Plaza
