CoreLogic calculate Wolli Creek has some 4500 plus apartments, and put its median unit value at $720,000 which is back at 2015 levels.
The $630 median rental sits at levels first seen in 2017.
The sales of the 125 units sold this year have ranged from $475,000 to $1.4 million for a penthouse.
A $1.13 million sale had been sold at $1,172,000 off the plan in 2016. Another sold recently for $784,000 haven initially been traded at $820,000.

Penrith Panthers favourite Josh Mansour and wife Daniella are selling their apartment near Wolli Creek, given his desire to cut back travel times to training.
The couple secured the Turrella apartment off the plan in 2014, the same month Mansour made his debut for the Australian team in their Four Nations campaign.
The couple moved in on its 2015 completion. Set in the Northview building, the contemporary Reede St apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two car spaces. It’s one of the few three-bedroom, two- bathroom units in the block.
All have been tightly held since being bought direct from the developer. With 128sqm of internal space, the apartment comes with porcelain floors and custom finishes, including a customised island kitchen.
With a northerly aspect, a wide covered 21sqm terrace flows off the open-plan living and dining area and is accessible from all three bedrooms. Cobden &amp; Hayson Marrickville agents Les Salem and Jim Nikolopoulos have scheduled an October 20 auction, with $750,000 price guidance.

Penrith Panthers favourite Josh Mansour lists Wolli Creek apartment

Site works are set to start at developer Level 33’s new project in Wolli Creek.
The group purchased the 5600 square metre residential site at 30-32 Guess Avenue for $29.5 million.
The site had an existing development approval (DA) and construction certificate for 176 apartments across two towers, both at seven storeys in height.
Level 33’s Eddy Haddad said marketing of the apartments will soon begin.
“Our vision is to deliver a new residential community to the highest design standards with all the modern conveniences of apartment living where residents will be able to enjoy the lifestyle benefits of living in close access to the Cooks River and nearby Discovery Park,” said Haddad.
Will Wehbe of St Trinity Property Group, which is marketing the project, said:
“The project represents an excellent opportunity for first home buyers who have been carefully saving deposits to get into the Sydney property market and take advantage of tens of thousands of dollars in government grants and stamp duty concessions while these incentives apply.
“Savvy investors will also be attracted to this project given its close proximity to transport, the CBD and the airport.”
Level 33 are currently working on projects in Blakehurst, Kogarah and Miranda, as well as the $75 million project SKYE in Wollongong’s CBD.
