Penrith Panthers player Josh Mansour and wife Daniella have sold their Turrella apartment near Wolli Creek, as they look to move closer to Penrith.

Mansour wants to cut back his commute to training from the apartment that they bought off the plan in 2014, a year before the block was completed.

The 128 square metre, three bedroom apartment has a wide 21 square metre terrace.

Cobden & Hayson Marrickville agents Les Salem and Jim Nikolopoulos sold the apartment after having a $750,000 auction price guide.

The couple wed in 2016. They had their first child, daughter Saina, last November.
