Perth billionaire Ralph Sarich has purchased Brisbane's Waterloo Junction from Cambooya Properties for $47 million.
According to The Australian, the sale was by the private Cambooya Brisbane-based board which includes Timothy, Andrew and Emilia Fairfax as directors.
The Australian said the property was bought by Cambooya for about $37m in 2011.
The acquisition of <a href="https://www.realcommercial.com.au/property-offices-qld-newstead-502344110" target="_blank">Waterloo Junction</a> was via Cape Boulevard, The Australian reported.
Sarich’s son Peter chairs Cape Boulevard Investments.
The sale of the Brisbane asset comes after Cambooya Properties bought a building in Sydney’s Crows Nest for $14 million.
