Graham Annesley joined the Gold Coast NRL club in September 2013 then buying his Bundall waterfront home in early 2014 for $980,000.
He is buying elsewhere on the Gold Coast.
The listing has a price guide of $1.075 million to $1.15 million.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom property is being marketed by Lisa Halpin of McGrath Surfers Paradise.
The median price for a home in <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/property-observer" target="_blank">Bundall</a> is $829,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

Former Stockland Group CEO Matthew Quinn and wife Julie have listed their Kirribilli waterfront.
They've restored the<a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-nsw-kirribilli-124076478" target="_blank"> four level terrace</a> since paying $4 million in 2012.
The house had gone backwards in price, with the previous owner before the Quinn's paying $4.6 million in 2008.

A waterfront home at Point Clare, on NSW’s Central Coast, boasting 270 degree views of Brisbane Water, is set to go to auction with $2.6 million hopes.
With 22 metres of water frontage, the 400 square metre home at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-nsw-point+clare-124761706" target="_blank">5A Coogee Road</a>, Point Clare sprawls across six levels and includes a deep water jetty with private boatshed, pool, spa, and rooftop terrace doubling as a private putting green.

“Noonan Point is a really tightly held enclave as it’s only 10 minutes to the M1 and 20 minutes to the Ettalong ferry to Palm Beach” he said.
Macdonald said the nearby Point Clare public school is highly regarded and while Gosford Selective High and Central Coast Grammar are also close by.
The property will go to auction on 26 March 2017.

The recently departed ARU deputy Rob Clarke has listed his luxury Mosman waterfront, now with the price guide of $9.55 million to $10.5 million.

Former rugby union boss lists luxury Mosman waterfront home

Fisherman's Point, an eight acre Hawkesbury River waterfront property previously used as an outdoor recreational camp, has been listed for sale.
The property, only directly accessible by boat, helicopter or seaplane, was once owned by Outward Bound Australia.
They ran a charitable camping and adventure organisation that began as a post-war mission to help boys become men.
Outward Bound sold the property in the 1970s to Knox Grammar for their camping and adventure programs.
