The recently departed ARU deputy Rob Clarke has listed his luxury Mosman waterfront, now with the price guide of $9.55 million to $10.5 million.

The Richardson & Wrench agent Andrew Blaxland is advertising the home as the "closest thing to the Whitsundays on Sydney Harbour".

Clarke and lawyer wife Kylie Virtue-Clarke paid $4 million for the Parriwi Road home in 2003.

It is on one of Mosman's premier waterfront streets, Parriwi Road.

Designed by architect Patrick Nicholas, the five bedroom home comes with multiple breakout spaces.

There's also also a 300-bottle rock wine cellar.

Five houses on Parriwi Road have sold over the $6 million mark, with the street record occurring in 2016 at $10.1 million, for a Fox Johnston designed home incorporating copper, salvaged sandstone and full height glass to frame the views.

Designed by architect Patrick Nicholas, the home with multiple breakout spaces feature's a private Zen-like retreat room.

It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and an infinity-edge pool. There's also also boatshed and private beach.

An inclinator runs to each of the homes three levels.
