The <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-nsw-queens+park-132909898" target="_blank">Cuthbert Street residence </a>was listed by Belle Property estate agents Edward Brown and Ben Collier whose price guide was $4.25 million to $4.5 million. 
The five-bedroom, three-bathroom freestanding luxury home is comprised of two adjoining Victorian cottages. It features a cottage frontage with a sandstone entrance, double French doors, and tessellated tiles.

Upstairs, there is also an in-ceiling 110 inch movie screen and projector, and the master ensuite bedroom which features its own dressing room, private steam room, and private deck. 
The property was previously sold in 1998 for $393,000. 
According to Domain, two other five-bedroom houses in the area were recently sold. 
A similar home on Bourke Street in the area sold for $4 million.

Her three-bedroom home goes to September 14 auction through Alexander Phillips at Phillips Pantzer Donnelley.

Nova FM breakfast radio star Michael “Wippa” Wipfli and wife Lisa pulled their Queens Park home from its recent auction.
The decision came despite advisory to buyers that price expectations had dropped $200,000.
They initially sought $2.5 million for the four-bedroom Rawson Avenue home, but the price was amended to $2.3 million.
The Federation semi cost the couple $1.87 million in 2014.
Estate agent Nick Quigley has the listing for Wipfli, who sold in Melbourne in 2016.
His Armadale home fetched $1,825,000, up from the $1.48 million he paid in 2010.
The family are considering a move closer to schools for their children, Theodore and Jack.
The sales slowdown shows up in the latest advisory from the Phillips Pantzer Donnelley agency, which has sold 195 properties so far in 2019, compared to 232 this time last year.
It has 67 properties on the market, compared to 69 properties this time last year.

Restaurateur Nigel Ward, who recently sold in Paddington, has bought the Queens Park home.
The couple snapped up the home in 2014, paying $1.87 million just six days in to its marketing.
On a 160 square metre block on Rawson Avenue, the architect-designed home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Phillips Pantzer Donnelley agents Debbie Donnelley and Nick Quigley marketed the classic Federation semi.
Wipe had previously owned in Melbourne’s Armadale having sold in 2016 for $1,825,000.
Set near swish High Street, the home had cost $1.48 million in 2010, not long before Wipfli was transferred to Sydney.

The couple bought the Federation semi for $1.87 million in 2014 when sold by the <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-nsw-queens+park-117435975" target="_blank">McGrath estate agency.</a>
CoreLogic indicated it last sold after just six days on the market.
The couple have repainted the architect-designed four-bedroom, two-bathroom home.
It sits on a 159 sqm block at 4 Rawson Avenue.

The couple intend to upsize to Vaucluse to be closer to schools, with the local paper The Wentworth Courier reporting they have missed out on several homes.
The 39 year old is on the Nova 96.9 breakfast show, Fitzy and Wippa with Ryan Fitzgerald. Lisa is co-owner of the baby health food company Nourishing Bubs.

Phillips Pantzer Donnelley has sold just 155 properties in 2019 and has 72 properties currently on the market.
This time last year Phillips Pantzer Donnelley had sold 173 properties with 80 properties on the market.
The Agency's Ben Collier recent write  there were five reasons why locals loved living at Queens Park.
1. Queens Park is a great spot for relaxation, recreation and organised sport, with its cricket, rugby, touch football and soccer fields and an excellent children’s playground and cafe. 
2. The peaceful suburb offers easy access to lots of urban attractions, including the shopping mecca that is Bondi Junction and the trendy boutiques around Bondi Beach. 
3. Locals can enjoy an abundance of green outdoor spaces with Centennial Parklands right on their doorstep. 
4. The great schools include Moriah War Memorial College is an Australian independent Modern Orthodox Jewish co-educational day school offering education from Kindergarten through Year 12. Nearby campuses of co-educational Reddam House are non-denominational and also offer K-12.
5. Locals also love the Sydney beach lifestyle that Queens Park offers, with some of Sydney’s finest beaches – Bronte, Tamarama and Bondi – just a couple of kilometres away.

They’ve spent $2.35 million on a modernised 1920s home, having secured a $1.27 million sale of their two-bedroom Brian Meyerson-designed Bondi Junction apartment.
The double-fronted family home has views across Queens Park from the upper level.
Belle Property agents Edward Brown and William Hoston secured the sale.
De Jong spent 12 years at the AOC, becoming its chief executive in 2014. She is now at Austrade.

Former AOC boss Fiona de Jong buys in Queens Park

Wallabies skipper Michael Hooper has deftly moved closer to the NSW Waratah's home base from the Northern Beaches.
The 26 year old flanker has quietly bought a bolthole Queens Park apartment, not far from the Allianz. He wanted to be closer to the Rugby HQ plus the new training facility at Daceyville.
Hooper has long expressed his love for the northern beaches, and fully intends on returning after renovating his Fairlight home.
His $2,065,000 purchase in 2016 was his first entry into the Sydney property market.
The one level, four bedroom home was advertised as an opportunity to revive a classic character home.
It features interior timber fretwork and flooring throughout. There's a covered entertainers' terrace beside a deep rear level lawn at the 460 square metre property.
Hooper recently secured a $1,200 a week tenant through Bergelin Estate Agents Manly Harry Bergelin. 
His new purchase is a garden apartment in the 2006 built Brian Meyerson-designed complex.
Belle Property Bondi Junction agents Edward Brown and William Hoston sold the apartment that had been a $700 plus a week rental before its sale. It last traded for $516,000 in 2006.
The living and dining area with polished timber floors opens to a balcony.  
It's not the first time a rugby player has bought in to the block to be close to his work.
Former Sydney Rooster Aidan Guerra paid $965,000 in 2015 when he was with the Chooks. 
He's just sold the two bedroom apartment having settled in Newcastle with the Knights.
Hooper, the Collaroy-born star who started his career at the Brumbies in 2012, has racked up 84 caps for the Wallabies over the last six years.
