Film editor David Gross has sold the Queens Park home he co-owned with former partner, actor Brooke Satchwell, who is now living in an Art Deco Coogee duplex.

Gross took sole ownership of the Californian bungalow in February, shortly after the couple split.

Gross and Satchwell paid $1.65 million in 2010 and secured approved plans for a George Matsos-designed two level home.

The three-bedroom Yenda Ave home with pool, spa and gazebo on its 300 square metre parcel, had a guide of $2.25 million for its recent auction through agent Edward Brown.

The price has not been revealed.
