The listing is being handled by Harcourts in Brighton agent Chris Bevan inconjunction with JP Dixon.
Warne with ex-wife Simone Callahan sold Melville for $8.8 million in 2007 to locals who <a href="/news/53581-melville-shane-warne-s-former-brighton-home-not-he-market" target="_blank">on-sold to the current vendors for $10.1 million in 2009</a>.
The celebrity couple had paid $3.6 million for Melville in 2000 reportedly spending that amount again on a major renovation and extension.
A latest mystery buyer is understood to have parted with $14 million plus according to the Herald Sun.
The house was first listed for sale in late 2014 through JP Dixon, Brighton, but was taken off the market late last year.
