<p>Professional surfer Julian Wilson and wife Ashley have moved to Coolum, where Julian grew up.</p>
<p>Having sold their Peregian Beach home for $4.15 million, the couple have moved to Coolum, paying $1.08 million for a five bedroom, architect designed home on 640 square metres.</p>
<p>The north facing home features an open plan living kitchen and dining which opens to an alfresco area and salt water swimming pool in landscaped gardens.</p>
<p>PRD Nationwide Coolum Beach agent Greg Glover sold the home.</p>
<p>Late last year the couple sold their award winning Peregian Beach home.</p>
<p>Wilson paid $3,325,000 for the Tim Ditchfield-designed home with external zinc cladding and concrete and timber features in 2015.</p>
<p>In 2009 it was awarded House of the Year and received a Regional Commendation by the Australian Institute of Architects. </p>

Surfer Julian Wilson downsizes in Coolum

<p>A fully-tenanted standalone Coolum commercial asset has sold for $1.1 million.</p>
<p>Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Property Consultant Tracey Ryan, held the listing for the building.</p>
<p>Situated at 12 Williams Street, the purchaser was a local investor.</p>

Fully tenanted Coolum commercial building sold for $1.1 million

<p>A Sunshine Coast investor, who was familiar with the Coolum commercial market, has snapped an industrial warehouse for $245,000.</p>

Coolum industrial warehouse sells for $245,000

Latitude launches in Coolum Beach targeting luxury downsizers

<p>Sekisui House have secured approvals for Westin Coolum, the first five-star resort developed on the Sunshine Coast in more than three decades.</p>
<p>The Sunshine Coast Council has signed off on the seven-storey Westin Coolum Spa and Resort after alterations to the Yaroomba Beach proposal.</p>
<p>The 220-room Westin hotel, along with the larger resort comprising 148 serviced apartments, 753 residential apartments, 98 two- to three-storey homes and a 2,770sq m retail village will be on a .the 19-hectare site.</p>

Sekisui secure approvals for Westin Coolum

<p>The builder and consultancy firm to develop Illoura Coolum, a $35 million oceanfront apartment project in Sunshine Coast, have been announced.</p>
<p>Queensland developer Coolum Terrace Holdings has named RCQ Construction builder for the 37-apartment project, while Sunshine Coast’s KHA Project Management will manage the project.</p>
<p>Illoura Coolum comprises two buildings comprising one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses ranging in size from 140 sqm to 563 sqm. Prices range from $375,000 to $1.5 million.</p>
<p>Spokeswoman Elisabeth Pernod for Coolum Terrace Holdings, which developed the project, said the appointment of RCQ Construction was an important milestone. </p>
<p>“We expect construction to start in the next three months, with a build time of approximately 12 months,’’ she said.</p>
<p>Apart from beach views for nearly all apartments, other features include individual fully-ducted air conditioning, full height two-pac kitchens, stone benchtops, bedrooms. Amenities include direct access to Coolum Esplanade, spaces for barbecue and relaxation pavilion.</p>
<p>The architects for the project are Blackburne Jackson Design.</p>

RCQ Construction to build luxury oceanfront apartments on Sunshine Coast

<p>Queensland developer Coolum Terrace Holdings has sold 30 percent of apartments in its $35 million development Illoura.</p>
<p>Illoura <span id="0.5210597207769752" class="highlight">Coolum</span> features 37 apartments and three penthouses <span id="0.12404476664960384" class="highlight">in</span> two boutique buildings with subtropical landscaping, lagoon style heated pool, spa and sundeck.</p>
<p>Since opening some 11 out of 37 units have either been sold or are under contract, totalling $10 million.</p>
