Professional surfer Julian Wilson and wife Ashley have moved to Coolum, where Julian grew up.

Having sold their Peregian Beach home for $4.15 million, the couple have moved to Coolum, paying $1.08 million for a five bedroom, architect designed home on 640 square metres.

The north facing home features an open plan living kitchen and dining which opens to an alfresco area and salt water swimming pool in landscaped gardens.

PRD Nationwide Coolum Beach agent Greg Glover sold the home.

Late last year the couple sold their award winning Peregian Beach home.

Wilson paid $3,325,000 for the Tim Ditchfield-designed home with external zinc cladding and concrete and timber features in 2015.

In 2009 it was awarded House of the Year and received a Regional Commendation by the Australian Institute of Architects.
