Local developer Pierce Property have appointed the award-winning construction company Dymanic Projects to build their $14 million luxury development Riserva in Sydney's Cammeray.

Dynamic, established in 2009, have won a number of Master Builders awards and have built boutique developments before in the nearby Neutral Bay and Mosman, as well as building the Westfield in Canberra's Belconnen.

They'll start construction on the boutique development of 18 apartments designed by DKO on Sydney's lower north shore soon, with completion slated for late 2022.

Already half of the Riserva apartments have been snapped up by owner-occupiers.

Pierce Property director Andrew Zhao said Dynamic Projects has an excellent reputation and a solid track record having delivered several similar boutique, high-end developments to an exceptional standard.

Construction looms at the luxury Riserva Cammeray as builder appointed

Fortius has acquired Stockland’s Sydney lifestyle shopping centre, Cammeray Square, for $39.05 million reflecting a yield of 7%.
Cammeray Square services 1 million customers annually on Sydney’s Lower North Shore and is set over a 6,815 square metre corner site fronting Miller Street and Amherst Street.
The centre forms part of a mixed-use development comprising four buildings surrounding a central plaza, with retail tenancies situated on the ground floor, anchored by Harris Farm Markets and comprising 15 specialty shops and restaurants.
The upper levels are occupied by five commercial tenancies, including childcare operator, Only About Children, and a medical offering.
The fully leased site has a Weighted Average Lease Expiry (WALE) of 5.8 years by area.
Cushman &amp; Wakefield’s National Head of Retail Investments, Nick Potter, and Senior Executive, Billy Dent, managed the expressions of interest sale on behalf of Stockland.
The sale of Cammeray Square follows a number of other neighbourhood centre sales in New South Wales within mixed-use or potential mixed use sites brokered by Cushman &amp; Wakefield, including the sale of Abacus Property Group’s Liverpool Plaza shopping centre to a private development group for $46 million and, before that, the off-the-plan purchase of the Coles Crows Nest stratum in for $43 million.

Channel Nine's James Bracey scores North Curl Curl purchase

It has taken 50 days, but the Channel 9 sports presenter James Bracey has finally secured a buyer for his Cammeray home.
And there's been no price reveal, highlighting the end of those boastful boom times when everyone wanted the world to know of their over the top sale price.
Bracey had wanted $1.65 million before its mid-November auction through McGrath agent Trevor Richardson and gave the same price guidance in the weeks following.
Bracey, who shares the home with wife Margot and their golden retriever Ace, had paid $950,000 in 2013, the same year he was appointed presenter of Sky News Australia sports show SportsNight with James Bracey.
He left Sky News Australia late last year to take the Channel Nine role as host of shows including their rugby league telecasts on The Sunday Footy Show.
Bracey had updated the <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-nsw-cammeray-126768894" target="_blank">single level, 1920s freestanding</a> Californian bungalow that has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a courtyard set in established gardens of<a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-nsw-cammeray-126768894" target="_blank"> 340 sqm</a>.
The Miller Street offering with no off-street parking was marketed as having potential for a second storey. 
His listing came as the five year long Sydney property boom ended highlighted as weekend clearance rates finished the year in the low 50s.
The era of low home loan rates continued but buyers cooled their purchasing enthusiasm.
One key reason the price growth slowed across the Sydney market was that banks would simply not lend as much.
They offered home buyers reduced loan amount approvals so when the buyers turned up at open for inspections and auctions, they had less in their pocket than what the banks would have lent to them this time last year.
Under instructions from APRA, the banks have cut tens of thousands of dollars off the maximum loan amounts in the attempt by to dampen risks of a crash in the housing market.

The property was sold by Jo Mineham, the widow of former PricewaterhouseCooper CEO Leigh Mineham.
They bought in 1998 for $2.48 million commissioning architect Susan Rothwell to design the house which was finished in 2006.
The 1,170 sqm holding features boating amenities including jetty pontoon and deep water mooring for a 15.8 metre boat.
